If you don’t want to be in one of those, or better yet featured on YouTube as “that crazy tourist,” fined or even arrested, pay attention to our list of do’s and don’ts accurate in different countries of the world. “So many countries, so many customs.” Any jet-setter will agree this good old proverb is true. In the age of globalization, going places has become an essential part of our life. We’re all well aware of the fact that while visiting a foreign country, we must obey certain local traditions and common rules. Failing to do so has given a rich ground for many jokes. TIMESTAMPS Russia 0:54 Chile 1:44 Singapore 2:18 India 3:05 Japan 3:29 Mexico 4:07 New Zealand 4:39 Norway 5:25 Turkey 5:49 United Kingdom 6:29 Ireland 7:03 Germany 7:35 Kenya 8:26 Malaysia 9:16 Korea 9:35 SUMMARY - If you want to surprise your Russian girlfriend or your business partner, never give an even number of flowers as a gift. Even numbers of flowers are for grieving and funerals. - Manners matter more to the people of Chile than to other South Americans. It is extremely important not to eat anything with your fingers. - Chewing gum, for example, is banned in Singapore, so you’d better leave it at home before getting on the plane. If you break the gum rule for the first time, you may be fined for up to a $1000. - When in India, you have to keep your private life to yourself and your emotions under control. No matter how much you want to show affection to your special someone, never kiss them in public. - Similar to India, public demonstration of affection is not acceptable in Japan. Remember, there is no hugging, or even worse, kissing, in public! - A good piece of advice will be to stay as thick skinned as possible since Mexicans love making jokes and never miss a chance to do so. Don’t take things too personally. - Remember the difference between “aussies” and “kiwis.” Never mix them up! In case you didn’t know: the “aussies” stand for Australians, and the “kiwis” – for New Zealanders. - When in Norway, don’t ask questions concerning church. This may be taken for disrespect. Many people here don’t attend church, and those who do will want to keep it to themselves. - An essential thing to remember before going to Turkey is not to give anyone the OK sign. It might seem like a sign of approval to you but is considered an obscene gesture for the Turks. - British people like their pudding fresh and their queues well-organized. Don’t jump the queue. Or expect to be judged by the locals. - Do not try to play it cool and sound like Irishmen. For Irish people there is no such a thing as Irish accent; they recognize and divide accents depending on the region of Ireland they come from. - Don’t stare at people. Germans might look very attractive but try to resist the temptation of staring at Fraus on the metro. Only poorly educated and crazy people do that here. - Don’t show disrespect for religion. No matter what their religion may be, Kenyans are very devout. - For Malaysians, this is “the home of the soul” and the most sacred part of the body. Keep yourself from running your fingers through people’s hair, especially babies. - If you want to have good manners in Korea, use two hands when handing over money. When you pay for things, pass on your cash or credit card with both hands. It’s a sign of respect. Do you know any other things that are prohibited in foreign countries? Attorney Colin R. Singer explains how to find a job in Canada. Determine your eligibility for Immigration to Canada on http://bit.ly/1rw9AoJ ! You will have the two options to find a job in Canada under Express Entry Immigration from overseas. •Your Express Entry profile can be picked from the pool or other immigration program, by a Canadian employer or a province which will ensure your ITA. •You can apply for a Canadian job through various Canadian job sites or companies’ websites. If your profile is chosen in either of those cases, you can receive heavy Express Entry immigration points, for a ‘job offer’ or a ‘letter of nomination’ issued by a Canadian province. Jobs that you could do and make a bit of spending money. After documenting and researching over 50,000 coaching interactions in the workplace, Bill Eckstrom shares life-altering, personal and professional development ideas through the introduction of the “Growth Rings.” The rings illustrate how dangerous it can be to remain in a state of comfort and how being in discomfort is the only way to sustain growth. You’ll be amazed at the world-changing outcomes discomfort can have on your life and the lives of others. Bill Eckstrom is an entrepreneur, author, speaker, outdoorsman and father of three. With a passion deeply rooted in growth and development, Bill has always been fascinated by the role a coach has on the performance of individuals and teams. As a result, he founded the EcSell Institute whose sole focus is to educate, track and measure coaching effectiveness for leaders within organizations around the world. This is a good question about how we travel, bicycle tour, and write books. Even text editing for photos, videos, and magazine articles is work that has to be done on the computer while we travel. Working abroad or overseas this way is not the same as working in your home country. Our office is laid out on a park bench, picnic table, hostel common room, and in our tent on long rainy nights.

http://www.badladz.com Question from RYAN about work in the Philippines: Saw your videos on Youtube and had a good look through them all, came here to your site - liked (loved!) the look of what you have going on out there in the Philippines, and I noticed you're offering advice to guys like me who are looking for the same! So, naturally I thought you'd be the man to ask for some advice from. A bit about me - At 25, I'm a (relatively) young guy. I'm from the UK, but I'm growing tired of the cost of living here, the lifestyle and the country in general. I visited the Philippines in 2010 and it was literally life changing. A million miles from home, buzzing with life, friendly people, craziness (in a good way) - just a really awesome atmosphere... I didn't want to come to the UK (almost didn't, then reality kicked in) - but on the flip side, the vacation made me realise - "Hey, there's nothing stopping you from living here" (aside from financial issues - which are obviously pretty damn important)! So, fast forward 6 months and I'm on the verge of selling my house and from there I'll have two options. With the cash from the sale (which is going to be approx £20,000 after fees, divisions etc.) I can either rent a home somewhere else in the UK and live the exact same unfulfilling lifestyle as I have now, just in a different town... Or I can get the hell out of here and try and work abroad in the Philippines. From what I've read and heard from guys who are living out there, the idea of working in the Philippines is pretty unlikely for a foreigner - unless, as you mentioned in one of your videos, you're working for yourself from the computer / laptop. I don't have that opportunity, other than some freelancing on the side - which I'm trying to turn into a full time earner... For now, it pays £50 here and there - but it's an unreliable income. What do you think, Sean? Is it only the guys with pensions etc. that can do it, or can the little guy with a moderate nest-egg make a go of it? Maybe start a small business and try to expand? I'll definitely be going back for another vacation when the sale goes through... And hopefully it'll be a permanent one. Hope this finds in you good spirits, Sean and I'd love to hear your thoughts on work in the Philippines! P.s. Enjoy a Red Horse on my behalf, please - missing the stuff! Response Summary 1. Think about what skills you have or what you can 'do' in the Philippines. Do you want to run a resort or a scuba dive shop? Do you want to work as a freelancer from your computer? Do you want to build boats? 2. Do you want to get into real estate in the Philippines? You can buy property and rent it out. 3. You WON'T make a living teaching English. Do you have nagging questions about your business ideas or business plan but you don’t know who to ask for business advice? Or do you want to know more about how to work abroad here in the Philippines? Go and consult with Sean at Badladz Resorts here in the Philippines! You can stay at the resort and just talk business with him, he’ll be more than willing to offer business advice or general tips on how to work abroad! Living and working abroad can either make or break your career depending on what field you choose or what business you start. Designing, writing, programming, teaching English, or working in the hospitality industry is an ideal way to make a living abroad. They are safe, air-conditioned community hubs with gyms, health clinics, concert halls, nightclubs, parks and even churches inside! - Filipinos send about 400 million texts a day, and that’s around 142 billion texts a year. It’s more than the U.S. and Europe put together. - If you visit Manila, you’ll notice some interesting looking vehicles called jeepneys. They are converted US army jeeps that stayed in the country after World War II. - The Philippines are, without a doubt, a super scenic location. Among all of the islands that are part of it, Camiguin sure stands out, with more volcanoes per square mile than any other island on the planet. - The national flag of the Philippines has two bands of blue and scarlet, and a white triangle at the hoist with a yellow sun with eight rays, each of them standing for one province of the country. - Filipinos love boxing and are crazy about their most famous boxer Manny Pacquiao. Whenever he fights, the whole country is glued to its TV sets. - Banaue rice terraces are the oldest in the world and were so smartly designed, they still bring a harvest of rice and vegetables, most of which get exported. - For years, the Philippines had been the number one producer of coconuts in the world. And even though the leadership now belongs to Indonesia, 153,532,000 tons per year is still an impressive number. - Ferdinand Magellan made the first record of the archipelago among the Europeans in 1521. He founded the first settlement in Cebu and thus most of the area became a Spanish colony. - If you love to sing along, you ought to thank Filipinos for your favorite pastime! The first karaoke machine in the world was created in 1975 by Roberto del Rosario. - Along with their love for boxing, texting, and shopping, Filipinos are crazy about beauty pageants. They have won in all the major international pageants 15 times. ABOUT THIS ADVENTURE FILM: IN this video I am here to talk about my entire experience studying abroad in Florence, Italy, where I lived for 5 months. I previously made a video about what it was like to live in my car for 6 weeks, and now I am back to talk about Europe. Overall I touch on points of letting go of fear and embracing new cultures and experiences. I talk about the hardships, the ups, the downs, and what made it worth it overall. I think traveling is a very important experience to enrich one's life, and I think study abroad is a great way to help actualize those dreams into a reality, especially in a place like Europe. That being said, it was definitely not all easy and a great time, it was a very difficult period of time in my life, and it forced me to adapt and grow, which I am very thankful for. Make sure to follow my other socials and comment any questions down below! Much love y'all.

Stay in the Philippines! http://badladz.com/ If you're planning on coming to work abroad Philippines as a kind of working vacation. DON'T. Your chances are not very good. There's 100 million people here. They speak English and they work cheap. Teaching English in the Philippines might sound good in paper, but it's near impossible to get a job. As a foreigner, you might get a job working for somebody. You'll earn $200 - $400 a month. That's maybe 20,000 pesos. Whole families live here for 10,000 pesos a month. These people are professionals. They go to University and study hard. The best chance of working here in the Philippines is if you can work off you laptop. There's a lot of us that travel around here. Laptops. Cell phones. We're connected. There's fast WiFi everywhere. And thats a nice way to make a living. If you do that, you can be out here. Your laptop is close by. I'm only about 10 minutes from mine. I'm just having a little break from the office... Get a taste of working abroad Philippines... Relax at one of the best Puerto Galera resorts, BADLADZ! Bring your laptop and kick ass! == Teaching English in Thailand makes sense... Teaching English in Japan and Korea also makes sense... In the Philippines, everyone speaks english. Maybe not very well, but they do... The English language is like a second language here in the Philippines, the people here are given English Language lessons or English Language courses as early as preschool and continues on until college. If you are a foreigner coming here in the Philippines with the sole purpose of making a living out of teaching English, don’t go through with it! It’s better to come up with business ideas or a business plan instead of advertising you are good with the English Language just because it’s your native language. The English Language proficiency here in the Philippines is actually quite high, even those in the low-end shopping districts can understand you! So stop dreaming about setting up an English Language class here in the Philippines, come instead to Badladz Resorts and you’ll get an earful on how to invest and earn money here in the Philippines! The cost of living in the Philippines is very low, so wages are low as well. If you're here, that applies to you! You're much better off earning money online and then visiting the Philippines once you've got a steady source of revenue. Then you can live like a king! == Badladz Adventure Resort Muelle Pier, Puerto Galera 5203, Philippines +63 43 287 3184 +63 919 577 2823 +63 920 955 6410 (Mobile) http://badladz.com Badladz Beach Resort Small Tabinay Beach, Puerto Galera 5200, Philippines +63 43 287 3693 +63 919 577 2823 +63 920 955 6410 (Mobile) http://badladz.com To get more information about living, partying, playing and traveling in the Philippines, check out http://www.resortrebel.com. 10 digital nomads share how they stay focused working abroad By Lindsay Tigar9 minute ReadI’m writing this article from a call booth in Bogota, Colombia—headphones on, volume all the way up—to drown out the celebration for the football team in the main area of the local WeWork. This month, I’ll work from here, pitching, researching, and writing around 60 articles a month. But in January, I worked from a poolside workspace in Chiang Mai, Thailand. ★★★ Enter your information ✉ now to Get a Brand New New Galaxy S8 Plus! FREE ►► http://ow.ly/mFim30dJO7I ★★★ Applying for Work Abroad For many people the thought of finding an ideal overseas assignment and then relocating abroad for a few years is a dream. For a few people that dream actually becomes a reality. So what’s the difference between those who dream about making it happen and those who actually find work abroad and experience a whole new exciting lifestyle away from home? Application – that’s what! Application in the form of applying oneself to the task of finding suitable work abroad, and application in the form of the CV, resume and covering letter sent to suitable employers and recruitment agencies… Applying yourself: - If you want something in life, experience should tell you that you have to go out there and get it for yourself. Opportunity seldom knocks on the door quick enough for any of us; therefore if you dream of working abroad you need to start looking for suitable vacancies in your overseas location of choice. If you speak a foreign language you might be drawn to countries where they speak that language because you will have an obvious advantage over other overseas candidates. If on the other hand speaking English is your only linguistic skill you should either look at opportunities in English speaking countries or target countries like Dubai in the United Arab Emirates where the business language is English and where there are a plethora of job vacancies. Whichever country you settle on you can use the internet to search for employment offers, recruitment agencies and potentially suitable employers based in that country, and you can then begin contacting them one by one. Making an application: - To get anywhere in life it is sometimes necessary to put yourself forward – and if you’re looking for work overseas you’re going to have to put yourself forward to be noticed in the form of an online application or CV/resume and covering letter. Because your CV will be your initial contact with any recruiter it has to represent you in the best possible light possible. This means that your resume and covering letter have to be well written; if you’re applying in a language other than your mother tongue you should consider paying for a professional translation to be done because recruiters hate receiving poorly put together job applications. In their view someone who cannot be bothered to make the maximum effort with their personal CV probably cannot be bothered to do a good job full stop and are therefore hardly worth considering for employment. Therefore it is up to you to put together the most well written, compelling and interesting application for employment possible. Don’t fill out your CV or covering letter with lots of flowery embellishment, be succinct and to the point. You should illustrate why you think should be considered for employment with examples of relevant experience you have and you should ensure you supply details of qualifications you have, referees who can supply personal and employment references and you should include all your personal contact information. Finally, having targeted employers and recruitment agencies and having made the best application for employment possible, you should follow up your application and remain proactive and relentless in your search for that ideal overseas assignment. After all, only those who live their dreams have a chance of true fulfilment. SHARE, LIKE & SUBSCRIBE FOR MORE FREE STUFF *****************************************************
