Philips Aquatouch: http://amzn.to/2zPvIpG Samsung Galaxy: http://amzn.to/2CcWxtY POND's: http://amzn.to/2Cfe04M In the perspective of entrepreneurs, in how many ways can the brand name be considered? Depending on the varieties of products offered by the business, entrepreneurs follow different policies in arriving at a brand name. The names chosen should be able to grab attention from the public. For this reason the entrepreneur should be chose their brand strategy very carefully as this summarizes the purpose and goal of the organization. Usually from the perspective of entrepreneurs the brand names can be considered in the following ways. - Individual brand name: Each product in the portfolio is given a different brand name. - Family brand name: A range of products in the portfolio are offered with the same name. The name used can be either the entrepreneur’s name or the business name. This type of branding is also referred to as umbrella branding. Ponds offering its various products under one umbrella name refers to this type of strategy. - Corporate names: In this type of branding the company’s name or logo along with some brand names of individual products. For instance Philips company offers its one of shavers are Philips aquatouch, and Samsung offering its phones as Samsung Galaxy - Alpha-numeric names: The alpha-numeric names are used to highlight the physical characteristics of a product. This is a very complicated world. It’s a very noisy world. And we’re not going to get a chance to get people to remember much about us. No company is! And so, we have to be really clear on what we want them to know about us. Now Apple, fortunately, is one of half-a-dozen best brands in the whole world. Right up there with Nike, Disney, Coke, Sony — it is one of the greats of the greats. Not just in this country, but all around the globe. But even a great brand needs investment and caring if it’s going to retain its relevance and vitality. And the Apple brand has clearly suffered from neglect in this area in the last few years. And we need to bring it back! The way to do that is NOT to talk about speeds and fees. It’s NOT to talk about bits and mega-hertz. It’s NOT to talk about why we are better than Windows. The dairy industry tried for 20 years to convince you that milk was good for you. It’s a lie, but they tried anyway. And the sales were falling. And then they tried “Got milk” and the sales went up. “Got milk” wasn’t even talking about the product. In fact, it focuses on the absence of the product. But the best example of all, and one of the greatest jobs of marketing that the universe has ever seen, is Nike. Remember, Nike sells a commodity. They sell shoes!!! And yet, when you think of Nike you feel something different than a shoe company. In their ads, as you know, they don’t ever talk about the product. They don’t ever tell you about their air soles and why they are better than Reebok’s air soles. What does Nike do in their advertising? They honor great athletes. And they honor great athletics. That’s who they are, that’s what they are about! Apple spends a fortune on advertising — you’d never know it….you’d never know it! So…when I got here, Apple just fired their agency and there was a competition with 23 agencies that…you know…four years from now we would pick one. And we blew that up and we hired Chiat\Day, the ad agency that I was fortunate enough to work with years ago and created some award winning work including the commercial voted the best ad ever made, 1984 (by Advertising Professionals). And…we started working about eight weeks ago, and the question we asked was, “Our customers want to know who is Apple and what is it that we stand for…where do we fit in this world?” And what we’re about isn’t making boxes for people to get their jobs done — although we do that well. We do that better than almost anybody, in some cases. But Apple is about something more than that! Apple at the core…its core value — is that, we believe that people with passion can change the world for the better. That’s what we believe! And we have had the opportunity to work with people like that. We’ve had the opportunity to work with people like you; with software developers, with customers, who have done it. In some big, and some small ways. And we believe that, in this world, people can change it for the better. And that those people who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world are the ones that actually do! And so, what we’re going to do in our first brand marketing campaign in several years, is to get back to that core value! A lot of things have changed. The market is in a total different place than where it was a decade ago. And Apple is totally different — and Apple’s place in it is totally different. And believe me, the products, and the distribution strategy, and the manufacturing are totally different…and we understand that. But values and core values — those things shouldn’t change. The things that Apple believed in at its core, are the same things Apple really stands for today. Marketing Video Types for Corporate Branding Strategies

00:59
Marketing Video Types - Rainmaker Online Video Marketing and Corporate Videos - http://www.rainmaker.video Our variety of marketing video services are sure to meet your needs. Compare the different types of videos and their strengths. [ Corporate Image Video ] - When people think about great companies, they recollect all of their experiences and feelings associated with the brand. Though influence on a company’s image is not limited to the product itself, loyal customers will buy bad products because they bear the right name. It takes careful branding design and consultation to shape a good company image. Every detail is significant, from logo to product packaging. [ Product Videos ] - When consumers see your products on your website or online retailers, they’ll likely search to find more information and reviews about it. If, instead, a well-produced video is immediately available, they’re more likely to click on that without leaving the site where they discover it. [ How-to Video ] - A good instructional video can be just as helpful as hands-on experience. Who hasn’t turned to a “how-to” video on YouTube when reading instructions just doesn’t cut it? Instructional and educational videos of course predate the internet, but the explosion of online video platforms created a mature environment of people sharing their experiences and skills in amateur how-to videos. [ Event Video ] - When the success of your publication, press conference, seminar, or other event is hinged on its good publicity, having a well-made event video is a powerful tool. We’ll document your event’s best moments and package them in something you’ll be proud of. Click for more commercial video production processes and information: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLXbfFx1jASL-O3VHjda_whCPDJ7_5rc7j [ Interview ] - Good interviews provide intimate, direct communication to boost confidence in audiences, whether from a spokesperson for your company, an expert in a news report, or a doctor in a pharmaceutical advertisement. For customers, positive product testimonials often influence purchase decisions. [ Microfilm ] - Translate your brand into a short narrative film with an emotional message. Conveying your company in a micro film is an effective way to quickly share your company’s image with the world. The best commercials don’t require purchased time slots or column inches: they spread by word of mouth over the internet and social media. [ Whiteboard Animation Video ] - A new, popular medium for businesses to present products and services in a clear, succinct way: Whiteboard Animation videos are hand-drawn, low-budget animated videos. The form is simple yet elegant — the audience is presented with real-time whiteboard-like sketches together with narration to articulate a concept, as if given a presentation from a star lecturer. We’ll use a variety of specialized software to help organize and deliver your message. The 3 Types of Marketing

01:08
http://www.teknadigital.com.au There are three major types of marketing strategies. First Type: BRAND OR MASS The first is known as mass marketing or “branding”. This type of marketing is used by the big names who are constantly advertising again and again to keep their brand out there. Its all about reminding customers and new customers about your brand and what your product or service is about. You know who I am talking about. Their marketing executives put a lot of time, money and energy into making sure their brand is always out there. The idea behind that is the more the more rule. The more times you run ads from your brand, the more likely people are to have this brand at the top of their consciousness when they go to make a purchasing decision. Simple very effectively and for those with big budget is works. They key is saturation. To accomplish mass marketing a lot of time, energy and money is invested in various advertising media. e.g. TV, print, radio, Internet etc. on a very regular basis and over an extended period of time. Second Type : DIRECT RESPONSE The second major type of marketing strategies is educational direct response marketing. The whole concept behind direct response marketing is to get an immediate response and a compelling desire for prospects to take some specific action now! Such as opting in to your email list, making a phone call, sending an SMS message, placing an order or been directed to a website. So what makes direct response marketing effective? Third Type : EDUCATIONAL DIRECT RESPONSE The third major marketing strategy is Educational Direct Response Marketing. TeknaDigital has upgraded the Direct Response Marketing strategy by educating prospective clients by doing something our competitors are not doing. It's different, seemingly counter intuitive and yet we know it is effective and powerful. Because it works! To be honest most of our clients usually start off ... not knowing us apprehensive whether they can trust us or not and the thought we existed or not just never entered their minds. We like it like that because ... that is the same way all of our clients used to be about Hosted Virtual Desktops and our Digital Marketing Services. that's why we upgraded the Educational Direct Responsive Marketing business model. We want to educate our clients how to be direct, responsive and be great at marketing too. The 4 Types of Tweets You Should be Posting on Twitter According to a Brand Strategist | Full Sail

09:49
Most users think of social media as a tool to promote themselves; in this video Brand Strategist Phil Pallen provides four types of tweets that you should be posting to Twitter — with only one, ‘Website Link,’ being used as a tool to communicate your own brand. As he explains, social media is not a tool for broadcast, it should instead be used as a means for conversation. By using a ‘Website Link,’ it draws the audience in longer than self-promotion would. Using the ‘Quick Question’ framework as a sole way to engage allows the content creator the ability to be on or off-brand, while ‘Industry Buzz’ is an opportunity for you to reinforce the fact that you are an expert in the field you are promoting yourself in it also provides users tips and can subsequently grow your audience through retweets. How To Create A Content Strategy For Your Content Marketing

09:42
Creating a content marketing strategy can be an incredibly difficult process, especially if you’re unsure of you you’re targeting, or what you’re trying to achieve. An effective content strategy is an invaluable resource, helping to structure and drive your content campaign. In this video, James explains everything you need to know about creating a winning content marketing strategy, and how you can go about putting together a plan that works for your business. Target Audience Firstly, James explains the importance of understanding your target audience. Whilst there are countless methods of targeting the right audience, a few highlights James includes are creating buyer personas and utilising data from Google Analytics. You can use tools like YouGov Profiler: https://yougov.co.uk/profiler#/ to gain a clearer view of your audience’s interests, likes and habits, and apply this information to different stages throughout your buying cycle. You can also pull audience reports from Google Analytics, which provide valuable key demographic data, including location and the sites your audience are also visiting. Building Goals Now you understand who it is you’re going to be aiming your content towards, you can formulate worthwhile goals and objectives for your content marketing campaign. These goals will vary depending on your own business values and marketing plans, as well who you’re trying to reach with your work. Your content marketing goals could be targeted towards gaining more followers, increasing traffic, boosting social shares or driving conversions; it will all depend on your business’ needs. Whichever goal you select, you’ll then need to formulate objectives to help you achieve them. You goal is what you’re aiming for; your objective is how you’ll get there. The video above contains plenty of information on relevant objectives which you can set to help you achieve the goals you’ve set. Social Media James also explains the importance of establishing social profiles on popular social media platforms, in order to further build your brand, and boost your content promotion efforts. During this process, it’s also worthwhile searching for industry relevant websites, such as forums and blogs, which will allow you to gain an overview of current attitudes, opinions and issues related to your business. By engaging with key users and influencers on social and sites such as these, you can begin to build a loyal group of followers with an active interest in your brand. Content Audit Before you begin creating a new plan, it’s necessary to take a look back, and carry out an in depth content audit to determine what has worked, and what has failed, in the past. As part of this, you’ll also want to carry out a competitor content analysis on three or four of your key competitors, in order to get a better idea of what your competition are doing to gain traction. Details on how to perform both these audits are revealed at length in the video above, where James also explains how you can use tools like Google Trends https://www.google.com/trends/ and Google Analytics to get a better understanding of your previous campaigns. These techniques should provide you with enough information to formulate new ideas. Editorial Calendar An editorial calendar is paramount to your campaign’s success. It will allow you to plot what should be created when, and give you a better idea of the activities you need to carry out to stay relevant and up to date. Promotion and Measurement Finally, James explains how you can successfully promote your content using the contacts you’ve established, and measure this success against the goals you’ve set. Watch the video above for the full details, but for more information on planning winning content marketing campaigns, download our complete guide today: http://www.koozai.com/resources/whitepapers/the-complete-guide-to-content-marketing/ For more information visit http://www.koozai.com/seo/content-marketing/ For more information on our digital marketing services, please visit http://www.koozai.com/services/. By default, the decisions we make regarding marketing mix will be as good as our understanding of the target market. If we’ve done quality research, the likelihood of coming up with a good marketing mix combination increases. Four major variables shape a company’s marketing mix. These variables are known as the Four Ps of Marketing. Focusing on: • Product • Price • Place • And Promotion This has proven to be an effective way to understand the decisions a company makes when it enters a market and competes in it. If a company understands the needs of its customers, it can create products that satisfy the clients’ expectations and contain the features they desire; it will offer these products at a price that corresponds to the target market’s willingness to spend, and it will offer them where the target market loves to shop. It will also build its brand communication in a language that speaks to the target market. Marketing Mix and the Four Ps is intuitive. Marketing managers should concentrate on these variables and tailor them regarding the target market they’ve chosen to pursue.

Music Marketing: Strategy [7 Steps] (Music Business Lesson MM-001)

11:48
C'mon over to http://www.musicbusinessinstitute.com to get your free 3-part video training series for musicians. In this lesson James Taylor of the Music Business Institute goes through the 7 steps of successful music marketing. It's both a blueprint and a roadmap that you can also use to create the kind of music career you desire. It's also deceptively simple although the implementation will require that you learn some step-by-step techniques and tactics. 1. Build Your Fan Lists What is the one thing that all successful artists have in common - LISTS. Lists are the lifeblood of your business as a musician and without them it's almost impossible to make a living from your craft. 2. Develop Relationships With Fans The relationship with your lists will sustain you emotionally, creatively and financially over many, many years if you do it right. However if you disrespect your lists, speak down to them, or treat them as just a source of income then you are likely to have a very short career in music indeed. 3. Learn What Fans Want There exists two main schools (or Tribes) in the marketing of music, the Cool Kids and The Musicpreneur. These two tribes have very different thoughts when it comes to innovation in music and the idea of listening to your fans. 4. Create Work That Excites Fans A musician today has two jobs; creating and communicating. Music Business Institute is primarily about teaching the latter rather than the former because we have to assume you know how to create exciting work. Creating is about honing your craft as a musician. Communicating is about learning how to market and sell what you have created. It's why we call it the Music Business. Music + Business. 5. Identify Fan Type OK, by this point you know that building lists, developing relationships with them, learning what they want and creating work that excites them is important. The 'fan ladder' looks to move someone from just being mildly interested in your music to where they will buy everything you ever produce (concert tickets, recordings, merchandise). You want to move them from being a 'suspect' to a 'super fan' or "true fans". 6. Empower Super Fans Successful artists always have their own small army of super fans. Beliebers (Justin Bieber), Swifties (Taylor Swift), Little Monsters (Lady Gaga), Lovatics (Demi Lovato) and Smilers (Miley Cyrus) are all examples of Super Fans. 7. Promote Work Using Events The final step is about promoting your work using events. Firstly events they create excitement around your music. There are different types of events which can be used to promote your work. There are product launch events, tour announcement events, promotional events and many more. Go to http://www.musicbusinessinstitute.com to claim your free 3-part video training series for musicians.
