5 Tips for Exchange Students Coming to Sweden: 1. Swedes usually don't wear shoes indoors. 2. Try to get a lot of sun during spring and summer to avoid seasonal depression. 3. Recycling is common in Sweden and I recommend you ask your host family how to do it if they don't tell you. 4. Sweden is not a liberal country when it comes to drugs and if you get caught doing drugs you could get in trouble. 5. People in Sweden like to "fika", which means we drink coffee or tea or something like that together with friends and family.

Yay multiple uploads. This was so fun, actually seeing the way japanese students learnt and studied. Also i didn't film walking into the hall but we had no idea what was going to happen and thats why we were kind of freaking out during that whole thing. Regarding how I managed to go to Japan and be a foreign exchange student, my school has a really good connection with our sister schools in Japan so my insanely dedicated teachers organised the for our whole year 10 class to go on this trip. Some of my friends did go through exchange programs though and they had a great time. Twitter: https://twitter.com/Acadia_B Instagram: http://instagram.com/Acadia_B

There is a famous saying that smile is a universal welcome. It has got nothing to do with superficial acts but the actions that comes from ones heart and touches another irrespective of country, culture or ethnicity one belongs to. Such undiluted warmth was experienced by the students of our Indian partner school. The moment they landed in France, they were met by throng of families who were eagerly waiting to welcome their host students as if they were welcoming their own kids. Excitement was such that it didn't take minutes for everyone to melt into the warmth extended by French families breaking through all preconceived notions or stereotypes! Such is the impact of exchange. It is not only the first but the most important step in order to shape the better and bright future. It is not an exaggeration to say that such Foreign exchanges have the underlying power to revive the way we learn things, which should not be limited to the 4 walls of classroom. It must extend to the limit where it inspires, encourages and cultivate true understanding and ability to formulate decisions. If you would like to give such and experience to your students, please reach out to us at 9811237069/67 or email us at [email protected] Regards Le Frehindi
