http://itellafriend.com/ Speaking of trading links, is it true that trading banners or text links with another company similar to your own (or in a related field) is a waste of time? Not exactly. Enjoy Daily Traffic From These Authority Blogs http://wetweets.com http://eztvportal.com http://abedon.com http://abc580.net http://curesfromearth.com http://amilliondollarincome.com http://yanakar.com/ http://clearancebuys.net http://itellafriend.com http://moremoneyeverywhere.com/ http://americaeconomicrecovery.com http://allbizinabox.com http://createmyslides.com http://anywherelink.com http://home-biz-traffic-solutions.com http://massiveadvantage.com http://no1trafficsolutions.com http://makeresidualincometoday.com http://monicareyes.net/ http://intorontoarea.ca/ http://lotsofgiggles.com http://thetopurl.com http://2healthylifestyles.com/ True, there has been a lot of publicity lately stating, in so many words, that link exchanges are not as effective as you once thought them to be. And this makes perfect sense. Consider, that for a while, many poor marketers online were creating "mutual benefit" link exchanges with each other in hopes of artificially inflating their external links—and thus getting special attention from Google for being a high PR site. That's not really the same thing as a small company that actually works hard for its links by creating press releases, blogs, articles for directories and other mediums. So yes, many SEO "experts" were stopped dead in their tracks as Google and other big wigs informed the world that link exchanges are simply not valuable in most cases. Namely, when companies just use them as a means of leverage. This is not to say that mutual link exchanges are always a bad thing. When there is a good reason for a link exchange, as in a "blog roll" of authors who write on the same subject, then the search engines will count that as a legitimate link. In some cases, mutual link exchanges may work...but only if you prove to search engines that you are actually working together (such as, guest blogging) and are not mindlessly exchanging links for cheap traffic boosting purposes.

Electronic exchanges play an important role in the world financial system, acting as focal points where actors from across the world meet to trade with each other. But building an exchange is a difficult technical challenge, requiring high transaction rates, low, deterministic response times, fairness, and reliability. This talk looks at the question of how to design an exchange through the lens of JX, a crossing engine we built at Jane Street in the last two years. Performance plays an interesting role in this design, in that, although the end-to-end latency of the system is not important in and of itself, the ability of individual components of JX to handle messages rates in the 500k/sec range with latencies in the single-digit microseconds helped us build a replicated system that is both simple and robust.

http://www.engvid.com Learn business English vocabulary: Whether you are investing in a bull or a bear market, you should know the common terms and expressions that stock brokers and mutual fund managers will use to discuss your options. In this lesson, we will go over some of the more common terms you will need to familiarize yourself with if you want to become rich. Playing the stock market is a risky business, so be prepared! http://www.engvid.com/business-english-vocabulary-stock-market/ TRANSCRIPT Hi again. I'm Adam. Welcome back to www.engvid.com. Today we're going to look at some business English, with an introduction to investing. Now, what is investing? Investing is putting your money someplace with the hope that more money will come back to you later. Okay? So it's making money over time. Many ways to do it, but today we're going to look more specifically at the stock market. Now, before we begin to look at the stock market, we need to know all the different words that you will find in the stock market discussion. Of course, we have to look at "stocks". So: "stocks" and "shares". Now, many people get confused: what is a stock? What is a share? Realistically, these are basically the same thing, but subtle differences between the two. So, when a company decides that it wants to make money, so it can expand its business, it wants to raise capital. "Capital", it's a big word, there's lots of meanings to it. We're going to look at that a different time. But for our case, "capital" means money. They want to make money, they want to raise capital so they can grow their business. So what they do is they sell stock. Stock is a partial ownership of the company. So when you buy stock, you get a piece of paper, you get a certificate that says that you own part of this company. And because you own part of the company, you have certain rights. You can make... You can vote for changes, you can vote for things that the company should do. Now, what is a share? A share is an equal piece of the stock. So, for example, a company sells $100 worth of stock. That's the full amount of the ownership that the company makes available to the public. Now, this stock, this total amount, they divide into 100 shares. Okay? So you buy as many shares as you want of this stock. So because you have 100 shares, the full stock is $100. Each share is, of course, $1. You buy 10 shares, that mean... That means you're buying 10% of the available stock. You're buying $10 worth of shares. Now, you own stock, you own shares in the company. In that case, it's the same thing. Now, when you talk about stocks, you can say: "I own stocks." So let's go to this word quickly: "portfolio". Your portfolio is the collection of your investments. You may have stocks, you may have mutual funds, you may have bonds, you may have commodities, you may have real estate. You may have all kinds of different investments. If part of your portfolio is stocks, you say: "I have some stocks." It means I can have five company's stocks. But when you say: "I have shares", then you have shares of a company. Okay? I have stocks in 10 different companies. I have shares... I have 10% or I have 100 shares in this company, I have 50 shares in that company, I have 2,000 shares in that company. But all together, you have stock. Okay? So it's a total amount of the companies that you own. Now, if you want to buy stocks or trade stocks, if you want to buy and sell your shares, you can contact a "stockbroker". Okay? A broker is somebody who deals with trades; buys, sells stocks on the stock market. These days, you can just go online and find a "brokerage" which is a website or a company that lets you buy and sell your own stocks and shares. Okay. Next: we have "IPO", this is "Initial Public Offering". Sorry I'm a little bit off line, here. When a company decides: "Okay, we need to make more money. We need to raise capital. We need to sell some stock of our company." So the first time that they sell this stock, there's a big event, you know, like it's a big promotion, they have to market it, they have to tell the public: "Look, we're going to sell stock. Get ready." This is the initial public offering. The first time that they sell stock. We actually don't say: "Sell". They don't sell stock; they issue stock. And then the stock brokerage or the stockbrokers, they buy and sell the stock. Next: "ROI". This is a very important thing to consider. "Return On Investment". Before you buy anything, before you invest your money in anything, you always have to consider your ROI. How much money do you hope to get back? How much money do you think you will get back? Because at the end of the day, a stock market is a gamble. There's high-risk and there's low-risk companies. Your return on investment, obviously, you're hoping to make money. You hope to get a positive yield.

For an experienced SF Bay Area real estate agent visit http://iLiveInTheBayArea.com Like me on Facebook: http://fb.com/iLiveInTheBayArea Thumbs up, favorite, share, subscribe and make a comment! Most people are aware of the fact that when you sell a long term investment such as real estate or stocks, you have to pay taxes. And these taxes don't come cheap -- currently capital gains tax is 15%, and California has its own capital gains tax of 9.3%. To put this in perspective, if you bought a property for $500,000 and years down the line you sell the same property for $1M, on that $500k profit you have to pay $121,500...PLUS your cost recovery recapture...but did you know there's a way you can defer that and not even pay a SINGLE PENNY?? It's called a 1031 Tax Deferred exchange. A 1031 exchange is when you sell your property and buy another like-kind property within a certain time frame and follow specific rules. Now you have to note, that this is a *tax deferred* investment strategy. What that means is that you will just keep rolling over what you owe in taxes to some future date. If you ever decide to completely abandon investing in real estate altogether, you will have to pay it all back. The idea though is to continuously roll it over indefinitely until you pass away. The first step that needs to be taken when doing a 1031 exchange is the process of finding a good qualified intermediary, or QI. The QI is a company that will be the "middle man" throughout the 1031 exchange process. There are two key time frames you have to keep track of with a 1031 exchange. From the date you sell your property, you have 45 days to identify a new property or properties. The second is that you have 180 days to CLOSE on the new property you identified; again this starts from on the date you sell your property. These dates are non-negotiable. Within this 45 day period, you can choose up to 3 different options. The first and most common option is the "3 property rule". The rule is that you can identify a total of 3 properties at any price. A 1031 exchange works just like a regular sale, but with the qualified intermediary acting as the "go through" person. Throughout the process, you are not allowed to touch ANY funds. If you do decide to pull any funds out, it's considered "boot" and will become taxable the second it leaves the QI's control. By FAR the most common question I get is in regards to the "like-kind" statement. If someone sells an apartment, do they have to buy another apartment, or can they buy an industrial warehouse? The answer is YES. Like kind means real estate -- period. If you sell real estate -- be it an apartment complex, an office space or a piece of raw land -- you can buy other real estate. The second most common question I get...Can I 1031 exchange my primary residence?? Well...you don't need to! In section 1034 of the internal revenue code, you can sell your primary residence and not have to pay taxes for up to $250k if you're single or $500,000 if you're married. When it comes to the value of the new property or properties, the basic point is this. You have to put in equal or more money, and buy an equal or larger valued property. The loan amount is completely irrelevant so long as those two amounts are satisfied. Remember, 1031 exchanges might not be the best option for every single person, but it's usually the most preferred option for most investors. If you're looking to avoid paying capital gains tax, the 1031 exchange is by far the most common financial technique...now that's good to know. So let's say you've got yourself a rental property and you've worked hard to get rents up and keep expenses low. The property is profitable and you are looking to trade up by selling it and buying a more expensive property. The problem is that if you sell, you will have to pay capital gains tax on the sale as you would with a fix and flip or wholesale deal. That tax could be a heavy hit if you have sold the property for a gain, and it will stunt your growth as an investor. What can you do? 📘My New Book "Raising Private Capital" Available now on Amazon https://amzn.to/2B1xbfM That's where a 1031 exchange comes in. A 1031 is a vehicle through which you can sell rental real estate and roll all the gain into a new purchase. Sound good? In today's video, I go into detail on the rules of 1031's. High-frequency traders have a few tactics on stock exchanges: but simply put, they gather price information faster than anyone else, sometimes even faster than the markets themselves, and use that to make a tiny profit many, many, many times. Here are my 7 favorite tax write offs when it comes to owning real estate or investment property and a few examples of how each of them apply. Enjoy! Feel free to add me on Snapchat / Instagram: GPStephan Owning real estate is much more than just owning a cash producing property that provides monthly profits, what makes it really unique against almost every other investment is the tax write offs associated with it. In real estate, a return could be calculated in so many different ways besides “I get $1000 per month in rent.” What makes real estate really special is that you could often make money every month, but on paper show a loss…and this cancels out your tax obligation. Here are some of the tax write offs that make real estate a phenomenal investment. 1. Mortgage interest write off - On an investment property, the interest that you pay on your mortgage is a write off against your rental income. On a primary residence, the mortgage interest on the first $750,000 could also be a write off, potentially saving thousands in owed taxes. 2. Property taxes - This is another deduction you can write off against your rental and personal income. As a primary residence, you’re allowed to deduct the first $10,000 of your property tax against your personal income As an investment property, you can still deduct 100% of your property taxes against your rental income. 3. Depreciation - This is what often leads you to be positive in your bank account each month, but on paper you could show a loss, lowering the amount you’d pay taxes on. With rental property, you’re allowed to depreciate the asset over a certain period of time. Cost segregation analysis can sometimes speed this dramatically. However, keep in mind that because you’re depreciating a property, eventually the tax you depreciate will need to be paid at the time of sale if you DON’T 1031 it, so it’s not a tax avoidance entirely, but this works great if you plan to keep the home as a rental or eventually do a 1031 exchange later on. 4. 1031 exchange. This is a very popular real estate tax benefit that almost every real estate investor uses. This means that you can sell your property and “Exchange” it for a like property of similar or greater value without paying taxes at the time of the same sale. This is how many people can buy and sell millions without ever paying capital gains taxes, as long as they don’t sell and continue 1031 exchanging properties. 5. Capital gains exclusion on a primary residence: As long as you’ve lived in the home for 2 of the last 5 years, you can sell a your primary residence up to $250,000 HIGHER than you bought it for if you’re single, or $500,000 if you’re married, without owning capital gains tax. 6. Cash out refinance - When used against a rental property, you can refinance the extra equity in the property and pull out the profits tax free. Even though this is technically a loan you have to pay back, you’re borrowing from the existing equity and using that money without paying taxes on the money that hit your account. This gets a little more complicated as a primary residence, but on a rental, this is a huge advantage because the new mortgage you pay on the amount pulled out counts against your rental income…so you can use this money for pretty much whatever you want, hopefully just to re-invest. 7. Finally, rental property income is not taxed as self employment income, which carries a 15.3% self employment tax (not fun). But keep in mind this is also dependent on how you hold the property and specific ways you’re treating your income. Disclosure: I am not a tax consultant or CPA. These are just a few tax advantages I have used myself and I have simplified these significantly for purposes of explaining them on YouTube. In this cryptocurrency news update, we look at recent announcements from Indian exchanges. Zebpay has announced that it will launch crypto-to-crypto trading very soon. While the Indian exchange has not specified the first trading pair, it will likely be with Bitcoin as the base pair. The move comes following RBI's draconian ban on Indian banks providing services to cryptocurrency exchanges. And looks like Koinex has also fallen victim to this ban from RBI as it has changed its banking partner from today. Investors are requested to take note of this announcement and stop making any deposits to the old Koinex bank account. What's more, Koinex's new banking partner - Shamrao Vithal Co-operative Bank - only allows IMPS deposits. Investors should not use other channels such as UPI, NEFT or RTGS for INR deposits. In addition, we highlight some user issues with instant INR and crypto withdrawals on Koinex. Lastly, we look at Bitbns which has announced zero fee Bitcoin trading from April 20-25. They are also giving prizes worth INR 5000 each to BTC traders who perform maximum trades and execute highest volume of trades in the period. Financial Markets (2011) (ECON 252) As the starting point for this lecture, Professor Shiller contrasts the view of economics as the theory of the allocation of scarce resources with the view of economics as the study of exchange. After a discussion of the difference between brokers and dealers, he outlines the history of securities exchanges from ancient Rome, to the Amsterdam Stock Exchange and Jonathan's Coffee House in London, until the formation of the New York Stock Exchange. He complements this historic account with an overview of securities exchanges all over the world, covering India, China, Brazil, and Mexico. An example of a limit order book allows him to elaborate on the mechanics of trading at the National Association of Securities Dealers Automatic Quotation System (NASDAQ). Subsequently, he turns his attention to the growing importance of program trading and high frequency trading, but also discusses their impact on the stock market crash from October 19, 1987, as well as on the Flash Crash from May 6, 2010. When talking about fairness in financial markets, particularly with regard to the relation between private investors and brokers, he discusses the National Market System (NMS), the Intermarket Trading System (ITS), and consolidated quotation systems. He concludes this lecture with some reflections on the operations of dealers, addressing the role of inside information and the Gambler's Ruin problem. 00:00 - Chapter 1. Lungs are like 2, 3 ltr bags in side our bodies. And we can make a working model of the lungs with just a old plastic bottle and some balloons. You can see them inflating and deflating, breathing in and out. The Bottle is your chest , The Vertical of Y notch is the wind pipe, and two wings of Y are small wind pipes or bronchii. Notice these lungs inflate and deflate only when we pull the balloon down. This balloon is diaphragm in our body. When the diaphragm muscles contract the diaphragm contracts and pushes up and deflates the lung. When muscles are relaxed diaphragm comes down and lungs get filled with oxygen. So while lungs inflate and deflate the main driver is diaphragm. To get energy our cells need to burn food. To burn food we need Oxygen.Lungs supply blood with oxygen and take away CO2 from the blood. This happens in side lungs where blood inside capillaries and air inside alveoli (very thin air pipes) come very close. Due to concentration difference of gases between air and blood. Oxygen moves from air to blood and CO2 from blood to air. It is amazing that our lungs have 2400 km long alveoli and about 900 km of blood capillaries where the gas exchange takes place. The total surface area for the gas exchange is about 100 square meters. Imagine all this inside a 3 litre bag. Enjoy this model of lungs and think about our three questions . Why is our left lung smaller ? . DIaphragm muscles are working when we inhale or exhale ? . How is the gas exchange in our lungs affected when we breathe in air full of Carbon Dioxide ? This work was supported by IUCAA and Tata Trust. This film was made by Ashok Rupner TATA Trust: Education is one of the key focus areas for Tata Trusts, aiming towards enabling access of quality education to the underprivileged population in India. For more in-depth writing tips: http://bit.ly/WIMoreTips How to write believable dialogue. The truth of the matter is this, dialogue can make or break your novel. If it's awkward, stiff, and uncharacteristic of your characters, you risk losing your reader. If it's done effectively, your characters will come to life on the pages and your readers will connect to them, root for them, cry with them, laugh with them, want to continue being a part of their fictitious lives. This is how you write effective dialogue exchanges: • Show emotion with action to avoid telling how a character feels. An example: She marched towards the front of the classroom. "I'll show you exactly what I mean." Instead of just stating the obvious that she felt angry with the teacher. • Use nonverbal patterns to communicate what isn't being stated. A fun way of showing your character is agitated is by using a technique like this: She clenched her jaw and narrowed her eyes. "I'd be happy to do that for you." Without having to tell the reader this character is in fact not at all happy, we show her instead. • Increase urgency by staying true to the character's emotional state. If she's upset, choose short, snappy sentences void of fluff. Keep the reader speeding along with her thoughts by using forceful verbs and fragments. • To slow the reader down and allow her to enjoy sentimental moments, use longer, more relaxed, unhurried exchanges. Or this technique, also match it up with action that is more leisurely, lingering and thoughtful. • Use action to avoid using too many dialogue tags when indicating a change in speaker. Dialogue tags are 'he said or she said'. Shake it up in the dialogue exchange by adding in some action tags too like He moved to her side. "I know what you mean." • Don't engage in small talk. Every piece of dialogue must have a purpose. None of it must be dull. No one wants to read hi, how are you. That's fluff and unnecessary, If it doesn't move the story along, get rid of it. So there you go! Now go write that dialogue! If you've found this video helpful, I have 19 others videos in this free writing series as well. Bitbns exchange has introduced a new browser extension that will allow traders to take advantage of arbitrage opportunities. Bitbns' new browser extension is currently compatible with Binance and users can install this extension to save time on their arbitrage trades. Users will not have to switch between Bitbns and Binance to execute the trades. Instead, the price of a cryptocurrency can be viewed through the browser extension on any of the exchange pages and trades can be executed simultaneously without needing to visit both exchanges. Traders have an opportunity to garner greater profits through arbitrage opportunities since they do not have to switch between multiple exchanges. Bitbns will integrate this extension with other exchanges in the future. Currently, the browser extension is available for only Bitbns Select users, and it will be gradually rolled out to its entire user base. In this cryptocurrency news roundup, we first look at the latest crypto news from India. Zebpay has announced that it will be adding TRON (TRX) on its platform. This is the eighth coin to be listed on Zebpay. TRX is now available on all then mainstream Indian cryptocurrency exchanges. Yesterday, WazirX had added Zilliqa (ZIL) on its platform and it's encouraging to see Indian exchanges adding cryptocurrencies despite the RBI ban. In other cryptocurrency news, we look at exciting news coming from Nasdaq where its CEO hinted that they would consider setting up a cryptocurrency exchange in the future. This is indeed encouraging signs for mainstream adoption of cryptocurrencies as Nasdaq is the second biggest stock exchange in America. Lastly, we turn the spotlight to Chile where its anti-monopoly court has ordered its banks to re-open cryptocurrency exchange accounts. Chilean cryptocurrency exchange Buda had lead this movement against the bank's decision. The situation has a striking similarity with India where Kali Digital (CoinRecoil) has moved court against the RBI's decision. Here's hoping that RBI reverses its decision soon. Given the long drawn contentious history of ties between India and China, a resolve to underline a new principle seems a positive step. While the boundary issue was put on a qualitatively different trajectory, however, analysts are of the opinion that this process of transparency between two nations might lead to China's recognition of Sikkim as an integral part of India. A spokesperson says "I think we will move forward on things like trade, on economic relations, on cultural exchanges, people to people exchanges. But I do not think we are going to move forward, if we do it then it will be very slow, on the boundary issue, on Sikkim, on parts of India that China claims." The Sustainable Stock Exchanges (SSE) initiative is a peer-to-peer learning platform for exploring how exchanges, in collaboration with investors, regulators, and companies, can enhance corporate transparency – and ultimately performance – on ESG (environmental, social and corporate governance) issues and encourage sustainable investment. Since 2012, several other leading exchanges have joined the group of SSE Partner Exchanges. UNCTAD, the UN Global Compact, the PRI and UNEP-FI, as the core organizer of the SSE Initiative, also committed to supporting stock exchanges in this effort. The SSE initiative invites exchanges globally to become a Partner Stock Exchange within the SSE by making a voluntary public commitment to promote improved ESG disclosure and performance among listed companies. http://www.sseinitiative.org

Dear friends! Addressed to all! I hope you will have 5 minutes of free time to read this. I'm sure we can be interesting to each other. In 2010, I moved to Shanghai and rented an empty apartment. I decided to save money and published an announcement that I would make portraits for anyone in exchange for something useful for my apartment. In two months there was everything for my house from candles and dishware to furniture and household appliances. Moreover, I found a mass of new friends and interesting acquaintances. I started to take photographs of all the gifts and to write down stories of people coming to me. So a comical experiment turned into the big project. I decided to try to refuse money and began to define objects of exchange based on practicality. For travel, I suggested things that can come in handy on my way. I received a backpack and all that was necessary -- from matches and a first-aid kit to a compass and a mobile phone. Other objects of an exchange include "food", "clothes" etc. For "children" people can bring something for orphanages and boarding schools. I make portraits as a fast sketch by ink. For a session -- 2-3 drawings are made, and the participant chooses one. The others remain with me. Giving, instead of drawing something utilitarian, the person confirms the importance of the artist's work. In turn, I, as the artist, emphasize the importance of each participant, representing his or her portrait and history at an exhibition. Some actions of In-Kind Exchange have already taken place in China, Russia and in the Balkans. March of 2011 in Novosibirsk, in the gallery "Nepokorennye," the first exhibition about the project opened. There was a graphic installation of over a hundred portraits of participants as well as all the photos of gifts of exchange. In preparation for an exhibition of "A portrait for a dinner," during which all received portraits in exchange for food, I lived in a city for one week without using money. After that I went to the Balkans, and to the subject "food," I added "housing" for objects of exchange. I paid for everything with only portraits. On the one hand, In-Kind Exchange experimentally proves that it is possible not only to survive, but also to live very interestingly without using money. On the other hand, the project gives the opportunity for anyone to become the owner of the work of the artist, who is independent on a financial and social status. In 2013 I plan to make a trip around-the-world travel without money, representing the project in the different countries. I address to you because if my arrival is interesting to you, it is easy to arrange it. What I can offer: 1. To conduct actions of In-Kind Exchange in your city, in any public place: in recreation center, in the vegetable market. 2. To open an exhibition in your museum/gallery/shed and any other place. It is possible to only exchange without an exhibition, as well as only exhibit, or both! What you can offer: 1. To bring me from point A (the previous city) to point B (your city) in any available way: by car/bicycle/boat or organize the ticket for a train/plane/steamship. I plan to build a route consistently so distances won't be very big. 2. To lodge me at your residence/ some other residence / in hotel / hostel 3. To write in facebook/vkontakte/schoolmates that there will be an action/exhibition of "Natural Exchange" and it will be. For exchanges, 2-3 days in advance is enough for planning. For exhibitions, around one week. The more offers will arrive, the less distances will be between the next points and then, it will be easier to organize arrival to your city. Therefore I hang on your help: please, make a repost of this letter. A separate gratitude will be for a translation into any language. Looking for Your letters on my e-mail: [email protected] Sergey Balovin
